Vehicles for sale

 

To sell a complete (or partially complete) motorised camper, caravan or trailer tent within the “Vehicles For Sale” area, there are just three rules –

 

1.  Private sales only, not commercial.

 

2.  Campers, caravans or trailer tents must be secondhand, not new.

 

3.  £25.00 booking fee, seller’s to donate this fee directly to the ‘Veterans in Action’ charity.

 

To secure a place in the “Vehicles For Sale” area, first book and pay for a camping pitch in the normal way via www.ticketsource.co.uk/adventureoverlandshow. Camping within the “Vehicles For Sale” area can be on tarmac or grass, depending if you have an awning that requires pegging down. Once set-up, you can stay on your pitch until the end of the event. Please note that due to insurance /Health & Safety requirements, vehicle movement is not possible during opening hours of the show: Saturday 10:00-17:00, Sunday 10:00-16:00. Movement at all other times is allowed.

 

Second, email Tom McGuigan at hello@camperflife-stratford.com stating you would like to secure a place in the “Vehicles For Sale” area. A Vehicles For Sale Booking Form will be returned to you via email. Within this form it will list how to pay your £25.00 fee. 100% of this fee goes direct to the ‘Veterans in Action’ charity – www.veteransinaction.org.uk

 

Once you have completed and returned the Vehicles For Sale Booking Form to hello@camperflife-stratford.com + donated £25.00 to the ‘Veterans in Action’ charity, we will confirm payment via email; pitch secured!

 

However, post-event we ask owners who sell their vehicle via the show to donate an additional £25.00 to the charity … or any other amount of course!!! … via www.veteransinaction.org.uk  ANY ADDITIONAL DONATIONS ARE PURELY OPTIONAL.

 

Veterans in Action do such wonderful work for ex-servicemen with PTSD that we try and help them out wherever possible.
